All images, illustrations, comic pages, character designs, and environmental designs are registered under copyrighted and owned by Chris Hagens, and published through the Rock Images Website. All the images, comic pages, character designs, and environment designs as characters, on the Rock Images websites are prohibited for commercial use or reselling as individual artworks, product designs, or presented on merchandise unless an authorized license agreement is ratified between the licensee and Chris Hagens and Rock Images (licensor). 

By exploring, viewing, navigating, and browsing the Rock Images website, you, the visitor of the Rock Images website, accept these Terms of Service upon the screen loading of the Rock Images website on a web browser or device of your choice.

How is Rock Images funded?

Rock Images website is currently funded and may receive a commission from two main revenue streams which are the Rock Images website online store and blog affiliate partnerships. 

Routine Maintenance of the Rock Images website

The Rock Images website is not guaranteed to be accessible at all times, 100% of the time, or that it will be free of interruptions outside it’s business focus. 

The Rock Images websites in general may experience downtime, as in limited access or no access, due to surge in traffic and or routine maintenance. Rock Images will do its best to maintain a stable a safe website to limit hours of downtime for routine maintenance

Rock Images is not liable for or holds any warranties regarding fulfillment issues from print-on-demand companies outsourced by Rock Images. 

Products ordered from the Rock Images website are not readily stored in any warehouse or storage facility managed and operated by Rock Images. Products displayed on the Rock Images website, such as clothing apparel, paper goods, and stationary materials, are stored and housed by offsite suppliers and distribution companies.

Rock Images designs are created and printed on Printful supplier products. Products on the Rock Images website are described and displayed as accurately as possible. However, there may be slight variations upon delivery depending on unwarranted circumstances surrounding time, weather, location and other unforseen events. 

Please refer to the refund and return guidelines if there are issues with your order.

Digital Downloaded Products

Digital products are not shipped and are downloaded from the Rock Images website.

Purchased and free digital downloaded products are not for commercial use. If you would like to sell Rock Images designs commercially on your products please email your request rockimages@rockimages.com to establish an official licensing agreement.

Digital download products are limited to one product per sale. Premium digital artwork downloads are in limited supply and will only be available for a limited amount of time.

Shipping, Delivery and Printing

Orders are shipped nationally and international so delivery times may vary.

Undelivery Orders

For packages lost in transit, shipping times are estimates and delays may occur depending on carrier. Please give you estimated delivery a few extra days depending on current weather, travel or unforeseen events to be delivered. If package still has arrived more than 5 days past the estimated delivery time claim, please use the customer service form on the Rock Images customer service page by clicking this link to submit a your inquiry no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery time.

Please be careful and double-check that you’ve added the correct address.

• Address is correct and package hasn’t arrived
  • If your package still hasn’t arrived, then first its recommended to get in touch with your local post office to see if your order is there. You can also check in with your neighbors to ask if they might have seen your package.
  • Next submit your inquiry by filling out the form on the Rock Images customer service page by clicking this link. When your request is received shipping tracking logs will be analyzed of your order(s) location and delivery status. If its determined that the your order was not delivered based on tracking information and the correct address was entered when placing your order, a replace item(s) will be shipped free of charge.

• Address is incorrect and package hasn’t arrived
  • If you, the purchaser, have entered the wrong address during the Rock Images website checkout process, when purchasing your desired item, the following procedures will take place:
    • If the package is sent back to the Rock Images third-party distributing servicer return address. In that case, you will be contacted through the email address that you submitted your missing order claim for an updated address to have the order re-shipped for an additional cost. 
    • If the package is not sent back to the Rock Images website product distributor servicer, then you will need to re-purchase the item again with an updated shipping address. 

Damaged, Misprinted or Defective Product

First apologizes that your order was damaged or misprinted and thank you for contacting Rock Images with your product issue.

Rock Images website shop orders are made to order and exchanges and refunds are only accepted for misprinted, damaged, and defective products that are purchased through the Rock Images website.  

For damaged or misprinted items, please upload at least two required photos of the misprinted, damaged, or faulty item(s) by filling out the customer service form, located on the Rock Images customer service page by clicking this link.

An evaluation of the product will be done to verify whether the product was used or damaged after delivery. If is determined that the items or items were misprinted or damaged through or by delivery, a replacement item will be sent free of charge to the address you specified on the order of the misprinted or damaged item or items. If you would like a full refund for the misprinted or damaged purchased item, the purchased misprinted item or items must be returned to the address below within 7 days after item or item(s) were delivered to you.

However, if it’s determined that the product was partially used, warn or damaged after delivery, a replacement item, or a refund will not be issued. 

Claims for a misprinted, damaged, or defective products from the Rock
Images website must be submitted within 7 days after the product
has been delivered to the purchaser or recipient. After 7 days, the product cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Product Incorrect Size or Color Selection

All products have a disclaimer that design colors can appear differently based on different computer screen monitors. It’s advised to verify color ranges on desktop and mobile devices in the design you’re interested in before purchasing. 

Sizing guides are located on all clothing product pages. By using the Rock Images website to purchase apparel you agree that you have reviewed and verify your desired size is accurate before placing an order for your desired clothing item.

Typically refunds or product exchanges are only accepted for printing errors or damages relating to shipping. As stated in this terms of service, products are created as they are ordered.

It’s understandable accidents happen and when these situation arise, Rock Images will try to resolve your needs in the best way possible so you can enjoy experiencing your design choice.  You will need to place a new order in the desired correct size and return the wrong-sized item to receive a full refund for the previous purchased order.

• 1) Submit your inquiry with photos on the customer service form located at this link and provide the shipping tracking number information of the wrong sized or color item(s).

Rock Images may in the future utiilze advances in A.I. to augment routine production demand of software processes in various types of Rock Images forms of media. This future state will increase production timelines, to better serve inspirational education and entertainment community.
