- Misprinted / Damaged / Defective items
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be return or submitted within 14 days after the product has been receive.
- I didn’t get my stuff!
For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date. See more information at https://www.printful.com/returns
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
- Wrong size and exchanges
Exchanges are allowed within 14 days after receiving your item.
Please make sure apparel size selection is as accurate as possible before purchasing.
If an wrong sized exchange is need.
The wrong sized item must be returned to the address below before new sized item is shipped.
